How do I edit my cancellation policy?
GetMyBoat has a default cancellation policy that states customers may receive a full refund if they cancel a confirmed booking within 5 days of the departure date. However, we understand each individual owner may have their own cancellation policy and here at GetMyBoat, we honor your policy as long as it's properly displayed in your GetMyBoat listing. Please note that you may set your cancellation policy up any way you'd like but as of now you can have only one main policy. If you have a tiered cancellation policy, please make sure to list those out in your "Rental Terms" underneath the cancelation policy section.
- Log into your GetMyBoat account
- Click on "Your Listings"
- Find the watercraft you want to edit the cancellation policy for (you must update each individual listings cancellation policy if you have multiple listings) and click "Edit Pricing"
- Fill out the cancellation policy section
- Fill out any additional terms in the "Rental Terms" text box.
