A customer is asking me to text or email them more photos of my watercraft. Your site doesn't allow me to share contact information. How can I send them the photos?
Currently, GetMyBoat does not allow you to send photos via our messaging system or directly to the customer via email or text unless the booking is confirmed. The best solution is to add more images to your existing listing. This will allow the customer and future customers to see as many photos of your watercraft as possible. Once you add more photos to your listing, you can direct the customer back to your listing by pasting the link of your GetMyBoat listing in a message back to them or by just informing them to click on your listing again to view the updated photos.
Please keep in mind that the images need to be in landscape (postcard style) to be added. Often times people try to use photos from their phone, which is fine, but the photos are all taken portrait style and we can’t use those types of photos.
