How can I edit an offer I made to a customer?
To edit or create a new offer, you can either click the link in the email we sent you about the inquiry or go to your GetMyBoat inbox and find the customer's inquiry from there. Click into the customer's inquiry and you should see a button that says "Create New Offer". Click that button and all of your previous terms will be pre-populated from the offer creator. You can then make quick changes to whatever items need to be corrected and add a comment if you'd like. Once finished and you save the offer, it will replace the existing one and you'll be all set to get a new customer booked! There is no need to cancel your previous offer or decline the inquiry. Just "create new offer' and you'll be all set!
