I don't have the watercraft available a customer wants but I'd like to suggest a different watercraft that is available. How do I do that?
We offer a simple way to do this. If you have the boat listed on GetMyBoat, you can do it from the offer creator. Go to the customer's inquiry and click "Create a New Offer". You should see an option that says "Suggest a different listing" on the first page of the offer creator. If you click it, it will bring up a dropdown of your other listings that you can offer to the customer as an alternative. We always want to help you win business so even if you cannot assist a customer with the watercraft they initially inquired on, you can always try to suggest a different watercraft to see if they have interest!
If you don't have a GetMyBoat listing for the boat you have available, we encourage you to add it so you can easily send it to customers as a secondary option. To add a new watercraft, you just need to login to your account and click the "Add a Listing" button in the top bar. Once you fill out the information and receive confirmation that the new listing is published you will be able to see it in the dropdown list as an option to send to customers!
