How does GetMyBoat process payments?
GetMyBoat uses 3rd party payment processors to process and issue payments. Due to this, funds take several business days to hit your account once processed by GetMyBoat.
You must have your payout details entered in your GetMyBoat account in order to receive the funds in a timely manner. For tutorials on how to add your payout method, please view the relevant articles in this section.
Please note that GetMyBoat only accepts credit cards as methods of payment by customers. Cash, check, or any other method of payment is NOT accepted by GetMyBoat. As an owner, you should always encourage customers to book through the GetMyBoat platform. If you take payment directly from a GetMyBoat customer, it is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension. Also, any payments taken directly will not be subject to any refunds, claims, or fraud protection that GetMyBoat provides.
