You may want to check the following things:
- Are your credit card number and billing address correctly entered into your GetMyBoat account?
- Are there sufficient funds or line of credit on your card?
- Is your credit card expired?
If you've verified these things, our next recommendation is that you call your credit card company or financial institution. Inform them of the amount and what you were trying to book so they can lift the hold on the transaction.
