What if a customer does not show up for their booking?
If your guests do not show up for the trip, we recommend sending them a note through the GetMyBoat message thread or calling them at the number they provided GetMyBoat on the confirmed booking page. If you get in contact with the guest and are able to reschedule for a different date, be sure to update your GetMyBoat calendar so that the new date can't be requested by someone else.
GetMyBoat will send your payout after completion of the updated booking time.
If the guest does not show up and is not able to be reached, GetMyBoat will honor the cancellation policy set in your listing at the time that the booking request was confirmed. To receive the funds from the cancellation fee, your payout information must be entered in your account. The payout will be issued after what would have been the completion of the rental.
