Communicating or paying outside GetMyBoat can put you at risk of fraud, additional fees, failure to refund or pay, no-shows and is against our Terms of Use. To prevent this, we remove text from messages that might include contact information until a booking is confirmed by payment through our platform.
GetMyBoat has built-in messaging that allows you to directly communicate with the other party. Contact details are provided for each party after a booking payment is made through GetMyBoat in case there are any urgent or final details to discuss.
