Create Watercraft Listings With Ease
- Once your account is approved by our team you will have access to our Owner Admin where you can create and customize your first listing. You will add a custom description, upload photos, and set your rental terms, pricing, and availability. Your listing description helps customers know what to expect when they book with you and can help set you apart from other listings.
Simplified Booking Management
- Getmyboat will generate booking inquiries and contact you directly through our booking system. You will then have the ability to send custom offers or communicate with the customer directly via real time chat. You don't need to be in an office or near a computer to reply to customers or check on your bookings! - Instant Booking is Getmyboat's way for customers to book boat trips instantly, with start and end times, prices, durations, and other options all pre-set according to your preferences and schedule. You set your own schedule and options first, then customers can find a trip that works for them, book it, and boom: all that's left to do is get ready to get out onto the water.
- Do you also take bookings via phone, email, social media, or other direct channels? With our Charge feature, you can now request payments from customers who contact you directly and capture all expenses and add-ons for your Getmyboat bookings.
Low Fees & Worry Free Payments
- Getmyboat has the lowest booking fees in the industry - you set your own prices and keep more of your earnings. Our service fee is 10% on USD currency transactions and 13% on all other currency transactions.
- We collect payment from the customer upfront when a booking is confirmed to ensure that you are always paid out in full. Out team also conducts renter identity verification, and fraud protection for secure, online payments. As soon as the trip has been confirmed as successfully completed, your payout will be processed.
Customized Protections
- Getmyboat allows you to set your own cancellation policy for each of your watercraft listings. If a customer cancels within your listed cancellation period, we will honor your policy and you will still get paid in full. If a customer needs to be refunded due to weather or maintenance, just let us know and we can take care of it for you.
- Within each listing, you can set a security allowance amount to cover incidental post-trip expenses such as cleaning, docking fees, or minor damages. If requested charges are necessary, you can reach out to us to be reimbursed. You can learn more here.
